Mrs. Tiffany and Ms. Kayla’s PreK Class
The Monkeys have been busy learning! We worked cooperatively to build with Magna-Tiles in small groups. In the block center, we have been experimenting with inclined planes to see how fast objects move down the ramp. In the writing center, we have been developing an awareness of how technology affects our lives by discussing the use of phones, laptops, and keyboards. While in the reading center, students worked with alphabet monkeys and read books with a friend. Painting at the art easel allows students to express their creativity while demonstrating the ability to control art tools. Students in the dramatic place center have been learning about life on a farm. Whether inside the classroom or outside on the playground, we are always busy learning and building relationships with our peers!
