In honor of School Nurse Appreciation Day, Irwin County Middle/High School would like to thank Mrs. Regina Cook for everything she does for our staff and students.

🎓Attendance Still Matters! 🎓
Even as the school year moves forward, every day still counts! When students are in school, they are learning, growing, and staying connected with their teachers and peers. Missing just a few days can make it harder to keep up and succeed.
Parents, your support makes a huge difference—helping your child get to school each day sets them up for success now and in the future. Students, show up, stay focused, and finish strong!
Let’s work together to make the rest of the year count—every day, every class, every opportunity matters!

These students have successfully completed four college courses in just one year. This is their graduation photo (one student was missing).
They worked incredibly hard and are the second cohort to complete the Nurse Aide program at Irwin County High School in partnership with Wiregrass Georgia Technical College.
The goal is for each of them to enter the medical field and continue their education in whatever path they choose.
Congratulations to the Class of 2025–2026 Nurse Aide students!
